Seven Seas Gears Up for Battle with ABSOLUTE DUO Manga
Seven Seas Entertainment is pleased to announce the license of Takumi Hiiragiboshi and Shinichirou Nariie’s Absolute Duo, the ongoing magical battle manga based on the original light novel that inspired the 2016 anime.
To avenge the death of his younger sister, Tor Kokonoe enters the prestigious Koryo Academy, a high school dedicated to training its students to wield Blaze—individualized weapons that are manifestations of one’s soul. While the future of a student is often determined by the form their weapon takes, Tor is an Irregular, whose Blaze appears as a shield instead of a melee weapon. How can Tor possibly learn to use his defensive abilities to fight effectively? That’s when the Duo system comes in, a program where students are paired up as battle mates, classmates and roommates. Tor’s is paired with a silver-haired girl from Scandinavia named Julie Sigtuna, who possesses a power the likes of which has never been seen, and shares his thirst for revenge.
Seven Seas Entertainment is delighted to announce their acquisition of Kabi Nagata's autobiographical manga, My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness.
A hugely popular comic on Pixiv, My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness was released in print this past June by Japanese publisher East Press, offering readers an honest and heartfelt look at one young woman's exploration of her sexuality, mental well-being, and growing up in our modern age.
"My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness is a book we are immensely proud and excited to be publishing," says Seven Seas production manager Lissa Pattillo. "As the top yuri publisher in North America, we're keenly aware of the impact and importance that stories about same-sex relationships can have on our audience. While our yuri titles offer wonderful tales of dramatized romance, My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness is an autobiographical comic, written by a queer author who is brave and talented enough to share her story in a both moving and highly entertaining way, depicting not only her explorations of sexuality, but many other personal aspects of her life that will resonate with readers."
Seven Seas Entertainment is happy to announce the upcoming special limited edition release of The Ancient Magus' Bride volume six, which will include a bonus chapter of the series never before officially released in English.

As a repeat New York Times' bestselling title, the booklet is a thank you to readers for their support of this beautiful series.
Seven Seas will released The Ancient Magus' Bride volume 6 on January 3, 2017 for the standard series price of $12.99 USA / $14.99 CAN.
