Arkham Woods: Character Bios
Kirsti Rivers (16)
A total L.A. girl, suddenly transplanted to New England. She's struggling to adapt to snow, new school, everything. Has found romance with Arkham Woods High's "golden boy."
Thomas "Tommy" Townsend (17)
Good looking, smart, and a rebel. Could be Varsity QB, but he won't play football, though he does play everything else. Standout midfielder for the soccer team--scouted by colleges--and the best pitcher the baseball team has had since Lefty Miller back in 1951.
Lin Won (15)
IQ 187, likely to go to Harvard in one more year. Already splits her time between High School and Community College where she's ripping through two years of Advanced Physics in one. Wants to be an Astronomer. Has a 15 inch Dobsonian scope, and is saving for a Meade.
Dantwon Brooks (17)
Big, smart, African American kid out of the Bronx. His moms got a job in Arkham Woods, teaching at the Community College and escaped NYC. Dantwon misses the city, but he's adjusting pretty well. Has good grades and has single handedly lifted the football team from the depths to the heights of their little conference. Became good friends with Tommy Townsend--they both play soccer, Dantwon is a goalkeeper, and both attended the Summer Surf Soccer Classic, playing for the Green Mountain Eagles.
Dantwon and Lin became close in the school Astronomy Club. Dantwon never saw any stars while he lived in the Bronx, and moving to the mountains of New England has been a revelation in that way. Lin has had boyfriends before, but usually skinny nerds, never a guy who stands 6 ft 3 inches, weighs 200 pounds, and has a fantastic physique. Dantwon is smart too, certainly smart enough to just listen when Lin explains something.
