Seven Seas Entertainment is delighted to announce their acquisition of Kabi Nagata's autobiographical manga, My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness.
A hugely popular comic on Pixiv, My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness was released in print this past June by Japanese publisher East Press, offering readers an honest and heartfelt look at one young woman's exploration of her sexuality, mental well-being, and growing up in our modern age.
"My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness is a book we are immensely proud and excited to be publishing," says Seven Seas production manager Lissa Pattillo. "As the top yuri publisher in North America, we're keenly aware of the impact and importance that stories about same-sex relationships can have on our audience. While our yuri titles offer wonderful tales of dramatized romance, My Lesbian Experience With Loneliness is an autobiographical comic, written by a queer author who is brave and talented enough to share her story in a both moving and highly entertaining way, depicting not only her explorations of sexuality, but many other personal aspects of her life that will resonate with readers."

Seven Seas Entertainment is pleased to announce the license acquisition of Hachijou Shin’s on-going shoujo manga series, Red Riding Hood and the Big Sad Wolf.
Red Riding Hood and the Big Sad Wolf is a cheeky take on the Red Riding Hood story for fans of Alice in the Country of... and Dictatorial Grimoire, and includes plenty of familiar faces from Grimm fairy tales. This clever reinvention of the classic tale reverses the roles of the original, giving readers a lovable, cry-baby Wolf and an outgoing Red Riding Hood who just can’t help but want to tease him.
Once upon a time there lived a kind, sensitive Wolf. He loved the warm sun, the beautiful flowers, and the song of the birds. But one day the Wolf encountered a girl in a red hood. She delighted in making the Wolf cry, and immediately fell in love with his sorrowful face. Now she brings her colorful friends to torment him every day! What is the story behind all the strange characters populating the deep dark wood, and what is a big, sad wolf to do?
